" Charlotte Roval Race Review"

The Charlotte Roval! The Nascar Cup Series visited Charlotte Motor Speedway located in Charlotte, North Carolina for the “ Bank of America ROVAL 400”. Kyle Larson picked up the win today and his 7th this season. For a career total this is win number 13 of Larson’s smooth sailing career.

Today was the round of 12 cut of line. Four drivers were going to be eliminated no matter what happened this afternoon. William Byron, Kevin Harvick, Christopher Bell and Alex Bowman were all eliminated after today’s race. Harvick crashed out towards the end of the race, followed by Byron spinning out competing for position. Ultimately this led to Larson beating out Tyler Reddick for today’s race win.

Then there were eight. The Round of 8 kicks off next Sunday after today’s cutoff race. Kyle Larson, Denny Hamlin, Martin Truex Jr, Ryan Blaney, Kyle Busch, Chase Elliot, Joey Logano and Brad Keslowski all advance to the next round. Texas Motor Speedway October 17th, Kansas Speedway October 24th and Martinsville Speedway October 31st is where the Nascar Cup Series will compete for the next three weeks. As the next round is around the corner we will see what unfolds in the coming race dates.

In my opinion today was good. Weather wasn’t a problem, which let the race play out. In my opinion this helped this afternoon's race. All the dominoes fell in favor of Nascar which put the fate of the race in the drivers hands. The Roval brought excitement, joy, intensity and grit to today’s competition. Drivers duked it out this afternoon to see who will fight another weekend until the championship race. Overall I would give today a 9 out of 10. This weekend spices things up for Texas this upcoming weekend.
